Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gamer Supps experience; however, due to the nature of our consumable products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack your item and mail it back to our fulfillment center using the shipping label or address provided by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
